5/5 stars isn't enough — I'd give Paul O'Neil 10/5 if I could. From day one, he took the time to understand how we live, not just what we said we wanted. He had a real gift for seeing potential in awkward layouts, and his thoroughness reviewing disclosures caught issues we would have missed entirely. When the market dropped and I lost a chunk of my down payment, Paul was calm and reassuring through every moment of panic. He ultimately found us exactly what we wanted and helped us navigate a tricky solar situation at closing — then stayed a great resource even after we got the keys. Somewhere along the way, he became a genuine friend. Paul is an exceptional agent who truly goes the extra mile for his clients.
